Sporting the splendor of Polynesian cultural tradition, the Hawaiian Canoe Racing Association (HCRA) and the Kekua Foundation take great pride in hosting the 11th International Va‘a Federation (IVF) World Sprints Championship on historic Hilo-one (oh-nay), Bay in Hilo, Hawai‘i, August 9-15, 2004.
